I had the best experience with Legacy Innovative Builders. We recently purchased our home and have been trying to get someone to work with us. I have contacted almost a dozen contractors and Dave was by far the most responsive. From the time I emailed to the time I received an email was about an hour. I had an estimate scheduled within four hours. To my surprise Dave was not only on time, but slightly early. Upon arriving Dave was personable, confident, and honest. He provided an estimate for both time and cost. Most importantly Dave was available in the relatively unreasonable timeframe I needed. He arrived today, on time and with the needed tools and supplies. He setup the work area and was very communicative about what he was going to be doing. He didn’t lug tools in the house unless they were needed. And anytime we hit a snag the right tool was always in his truck. We ended up running into some interesting anomalies when we opened the wall, but nothing phased Dave. He remained calm and positive about the job even though it ended up taking twice as long as we thought (no fault of Dave’s). Although the job was much more involved than anticipated, Dave completed the job for the agreed upon estimate. He didn’t try to nickel and dime me for all of the added supplies that he provided. He left the area clean and made sure I was completely satisfied with the finished product. And most importantly for me, my wife came home and loved the job he did. Dave will be my go to.
